This week, September 18, 2023, marks the beginning of the Cathedral Pines Seedling thinning event.  If you are interested in participating in the Seedling Thinning Event here is the How To:

While the County is responsible for the road conditions, the Metro Board (not the HOA) has been in regular contact with the El Paso County Department of Public Works about this due to its relationship to our irrigation project.  We were told last year that Cathedral Pines roads were a priority for the County in 2023.  Unfortunately, Mother Nature intervened.  The County normally starts chip sealing in June, but due to the floods in the southern part of the County they had to redeploy their resources to address the roads that were washed out there.  As a consequence, our

Over the next several months, we will be undergoing both road construction and irrigation system replacement work. The irrigation project is scheduled to begin August 8th and will impact the Milam median only from Saxton.
