Roads and Chip Sealing Update

While the County is responsible for the road conditions, the Metro Board (not the HOA) has been in regular contact with the El Paso County Department of Public Works about this due to its relationship to our irrigation project.  We were told last year that Cathedral Pines roads were a priority for the County in 2023.  Unfortunately, Mother Nature intervened.  The County normally starts chip sealing in June, but due to the floods in the southern part of the County they had to redeploy their resources to address the roads that were washed out there.  As a consequence, our

May Board Meeting Rescheduled

The Cathedral Pines MD May 8th Board meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, May 15th at 10:00 AM.

Who Put Out the Lights?
